TMC Tutoring
Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 7:23PM The 2011-2012 school year will be TMC Tutoring's eleventh year of operation!! And my second year as program director. I am very excited about new opportunities this year - especially the opportunity to serve students from McTigue Elementary School (formerly McTigue Middle School, now a K-8 school), our next door neighbor!
Our anticipated start date for this year is Monday, October 3rd.
We will operate from 3:30 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday except on days TPS students do not go to school (for example, holidays and snow days), until May 24th.

I just started tutoring for TMC and I love it! Everyone is so caring and welcoming. I'm really glad I have the opportunity to have such a great volunteering experience Not only do the kids learn from when we teach them, but we learn from the kids. I'ts good to know we are helping them strive and progress in their academic studies. Volunteering impacts us in very strong ways and through TMC, I know my own volunteering experiences will be fruitful and successful.
